The world of freighters Wilbur Gray and Chick Young gets upside down as the remains of Frankenstein's monster and Dracula arrive from Europe to be used in a house of horror. Dracula awakens and escapes with the weakened monster he wants to revive with a new brain. Larry Talbot (the Wolfman) comes from London to thwart Dracula. Dracula's reluctant assistant is the beautiful Dr. Sandra Mornay. Her restraint is triggered by Dracula's bite. Dracula and Sandra kidnap Wilbur for his brain and charge the monster to prepare for the operation. Chick and Talbot try to find and free Wilbur, but when the full moon rises, hell breaks loose, and Wolfman, Dracula, and Frankenstein rage.
